Securing the Client

By default, the configuration of SSH Tectia Client and Server is aimed toward usability. If you want to have a minimal, high-security configuration, you have to disable some functionality. This applies to both the client and the server.

Connecting to servers whose admin you do not trust and who may be malicious is a significant security risk. Avoid it. However, there are a few ways to reduce the risk.
