Please see the correct started task format from the SSHD2 example in /opt/tectia/doc/zOS/SAMPLIB (Running sshd2 as a Started Task).

Also verify that you have the correct environment variables set. See Environment Variables for Server and Client Applications.

If the task fails, please see the output of the STDERR file defined on the started task (by default /tmp/SSHD2-sshd2.err).
