Enhanced File Transfer Functions

The enhanced file transfer features are available with FTP-SFTP conversion and with the scpg3 and sftpg3 command-line tools of SSH Tectia client tools for z/OS. The counterpart server can be running SSH Tectia Server, SSH Tectia Server for IBM z/OS, OpenSSH server, or any other IETF-compliant Secure Shell server.

With SSH Tectia client tools for z/OS the following features can be used:

Prefix for ensuring that a file is fully transferred before it is used
Streaming for improved file transfer speed when SSH Tectia Server is used
