This chapter gives instructions on debugging and lists some common error situations that may arise with Tectia Server for IBM z/OS.

You can use a troubleshooting tool ssh-troubleshoot to collect system information, such as platform version, patches, configuration settings, installed software components, and the current environment and state; and information on the Tectia installation (installed product components and versions, their state, and the global and user-specific configurations). The collected information will be stored in file that you can send to the Tectia Technical Support for analysis to help in troubleshooting situations. See description of the ssh- troubleshoot tool in Tectia Server for IBM z/OS User Manual.
