Sample Libraries

The product includes a directory called samples that contains USS scripts, and a directory called SAMPLIB that contains JCL steps and other files that complement this document. The samples give a deeper level of detail than the text in this document. The samples must be adapted to the user's environment before being run.

Bear in mind that many of the tasks described by the samples may be accomplished by other means, e.g. using TSO commands or the OpenMVS ISPF Shell.

The sample files are listed in Appendix Sample Files.
