It is recommended to notify the users before they decide to log in that their actions are logged. In some jurisdictions this is required.

To display, for example, the following text to the users before login, you can define a banner-message element in the ssh-server-config.xml file. On Windows, the banner message file can be defined with the SSH Tectia Server Configuration tool. See the section called “The authentication-methods Block” or General for more information.

All actions are logged.
