SSH Tectia ConnectSecure includes application programming interfaces (APIs) for C and Java 1.4.2. The APIs can be used to develop automated file transfer applications and to integrate SSH Tectia products smoothly to other existing systems.

On Unix platforms, the APIs are stored in directory /opt/tectia. The Java API is located in one directory /opt/tectia/java, while the C API files are located in three directories: /opt/tectia/include, /opt/tectia/lib, and /opt/tectia/samples.

On Windows, the APIs are stored in directory "C:\Program Files\SSH Communications Security\SSH Tectia\SSH Tectia AUX\sdk". For information on the C and Java APIs, see their documentation included in the installation packages.
