Removing the Installation

To remove SSH Secure Shell from an AIX machine perform the following tasks:

1. Stop the Secure Shell daemon with the following command:

   /etc/ssh2/sshd2 stop
   

2. Remove the installation by issuing the following command with root privileges:

   installp -u SSH.Secure.Shell
