Removing the Installation

To remove SSH Secure Shell from a Solaris machine, perform the following tasks:

  1. Stop the Secure Shell daemon using the following command:
    /etc/init.d/sshd2 stop
    
  2. Remove the installation by issuing one of the following commands with root privileges:
    pkgrm SSHssh2
    
    or
    pkgrm SSHssh2.2
