SSH Tectia Client with EFT Expansion Pack can be used to secure automated data warehouse communications. It is common to use scripts for the automation, but this means that there is less control of file transfers as there is no real-time communications or full access to return codes.

With SSH Tectia Client with EFT Expansion Pack, file transfers can be triggered from programs responsible for data feeds. These programs can trigger file transfers flexibly and can use real-time data through the API as the file transfer proceeds.

When the transfer has finished, further actions can be decided on the basis of the received return codes.
